Years of dedication and relentless efforts have lifted Ithraa Capital to enviable heights, both in its diversified portfolios of investments and in its vast clientele. Today, Ithraa Capital assets are well diversified across continents and multiple sectors with a wide spectrum of asset classes including Joint Ventures, private equities, real estate and fixed income.

When we founded Ithraa Capital, our vision was to create a pioneer financial and investment services group covering the whole GCC, MENA, ASIA Pacific, Europe and the world at large, backed with strong partners and a world class team of experienced financial professionals, offering the finest services in investment solutions, securities brokerage, asset management and financial research/advice.

In 2009, Ithraa Capital went through a major organizational and capital restructuring that positioned Ithraa Capital firmly in the investment sector.
In 2010, the company raised its capital from SR400 million to SR600 million shares through the distribution of bonus shares to the shareholders by (1/2) half a share for every (10) ten shares owned. Therefore, the capital of the company is currently equivalent to SR915 million distributed among 31.5 million shares.

The aim of Ithraa Capital is to invest its funds in different types of investment options available in the world according to the proper commercial and economic basis to achieve profits for the shareholders and to contribute in the economic, commercial and social growth of the Kingdom.
The Management Team have already adopted the investment strategy of the company that focused essentially on different areas of investment such as investment in real estate, renewable energy and Waste management, Healthcare, agriculture, projects, oil and gas et.c, acquiring strategic shares in selective under performing companies for re-structuring or buying them entirely. The strategy also includes planning to enter in small and medium-sized industries and contributing in their capitals.

The company’s management is keen not to engage in any transaction prior to assessing the involved risks thoroughly and rely on economic feasibility studies to ensure achieving the desired goals to protect the company from any financial losses as a result of lack of adequate assessment for those investments. Ithraa Capital is managed by its Board members, all of whom are experienced with outstanding reputation, putting in consideration the standards of corporate governance.
